As a seasoned veteran of the gas-bottle-refilling industry, I consider it my duty to say that the spy's gas bottle is looking awful rusty. It is probably over 10 years old meaning it legally cannot be refilled. However, the Spy is in luck as even bottles over 10 years of age can be swapped for newer ones. This will be around $30.00 for a 9kg bottle like the Spy's. Or he could just ask the big guy at the table (Pyro, init?) to procure a flamethrower.
