He'd stretch it up good

When I had the idea for this picture I actually cried with laughter picturing Jonah Hill trying to get the suit on. Click for embiggenment!

Get your Podcasts here

Our good friend Tom at the Wiki Circuitry Blog has uploaded the podcast from that one time I went on the show. Hopefully be going back again when I'm not horribly sick, which seems to be no time soon! I suggest you check out the blog, but if you're a super lazy person, just right click and save as right here.
I hereby promise some drawings for this week. I've been very Rutherford Jones recently.

My friends invited me to be part of their show on the Student Youth Network. It was on Saturday night, and went quite well. Lots of fun! I'll update this post with the podcast when it's available. Edit: the podcast won't be around until at least Friday.

You may remember my opposition to creating a Twitter account a while ago. Yeah, I made a Twitter account, but DON'T HURT ME! You see, mister Brother-of-mine made the point that I should create one to get more people interested in my drawings, and when enough people like them perhaps I can start selling things.
It was difficult to disagree.

Now off to draw a pumpkin house.

Fifteen minutes of Gandalf

Six hours of Spacebird

I only realised after having finished it that the spaceman's shadow has Batman's head. This is fine with me, because I love Batman.
So, I've had this Spacebird idea for a really long time. I must've sketched it out a dozen times or more until I found the right one. Six hours of drawing later and we have ourselves a winner.

Super-proud of this one. Click to embiggen, as usual.

Cows are silly

I like this picture. I feel like it's missing something, however...Much better. Strangely, it's a complete coincidence that the cars came out the same colour. Also, a black and blue version. I realised afterwards that it's very iPod-ish.

So, everybody's favourite scientist-adventurer gave me a list of 100 words. The plan is to draw the first thing that comes to mind when reading them, and #1 was introduction. As you can see, I thought of someone introducing their son to old-school Nintendo. The someone in this case is a friend of mine, and his son is nowhere near the age depicted in my drawing. I had to use my special time machine to see into the future, because babies can't play video games, really.Click for embiggenment.

I love Wondermark

I imagine that General Conference on Weights and Measures talks go something like this:I wanted to make something in the style of Wondermark.
